Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the nnnok platform. All rules regarding your account, bonuses and transactions are set out in detail here.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the nnnok platform and all its services. By registering on nnnok or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

- Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

- Creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
nnnok reserves the right to verify your identity at any time for the purposes of security and fraud prevention. You may be asked to provide your national identity card or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
nnnok currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Winnings earned from bonuses require the wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.
3.3 Fraud Prevention
If any suspicious transaction or account activity is detected, nnnok reserves the right to suspend that transaction and conduct an investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).
4.2 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions which must be followed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
- It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
- Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games may change.
- Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- If any abuse of a bonus is found, that bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
4.3 VIP Program
nnnok's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, users can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits. A weekly cashback of up to 0.4% applies at the Bronze tier, 0.8% at the Silver tier, and 1.2% at the Gold tier. nnnok reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
5.1 Commitment to Fair Play
nnnok is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Games on our platform are provided by recognised game software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and other reputable providers. Game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to hack or manipulate game software in any way.
- Playing games using bots or automated software.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.

5.3 Technical Errors

You may close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed. A Self-Exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
6.2 Account Suspension or Closure by nnnok
nnnok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.

- Operating multiple accounts.

12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be amended, but the remaining Terms will continue to be fully effective.
